1. Recurring subscriptions
You may cancel Vendor Pro, Venue Pro or Planner Pro at any time through your Averie account. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
2. Averie Plus
Averie Plus is a one-time purchase tied to one event and does not recur.
3. Refunds
Averie will provide refunds, replacements or other remedies where required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Subject to those rights, Averie may consider discretionary refund requests having regard to duplicate charges, material technical failure, accidental purchases, fraud and other relevant circumstances.
4. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee, right or remedy.
