1. Organiser responsibility
The organiser controls the event website and is responsible for its content, accuracy, permissions and privacy settings.
2. Visibility
Event websites may be public, private, password-protected or invitation-only. Organisers are responsible for protecting passwords and invitation links.
3. Guest information
Averie may enable collection of guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, RSVP responses, dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility information, meal selections, plus-one information, accommodation, travel and other event information.
4. Sensitive guest information
Organisers should collect only information needed for the event and should avoid publicly displaying sensitive guest information.
5. Guest photographs
Organisers may upload guest and event photographs where they have the necessary rights and permissions. Organisers are responsible for lawful publication of images and personal information.
6. Guest access
Where enabled, guests may access an event website or RSVP experience without an Averie account. Access may still be controlled through invitations, passwords or other organiser settings.
7. Averie's role
Averie provides the technical service and does not become the host or organiser of the event. Questions about event details should ordinarily be directed to the organiser.
